As a customer, I had an average experience with Global Virtual Reality Association. While their website gvra.com was easy to navigate and informative, the overall service left much to be desired. The VR products offered were of decent quality, but there was a lack of variety in the selection. The customer support was slow to respond to inquiries and seemed uninterested in assisting me. Overall, my experience with GVRA was satisfactory, but I expected more.
