I had an average experience with Uloom Indonesia. The website uloom.id provides a decent platform to shop for Indonesian products. However, the overall customer service could be improved. There were some delays in the delivery process and the response time from the customer support team was not satisfactory. I hope Uloom Indonesia takes feedback seriously and works on improving their services.
