I have been a customer of Pt alfa pegasus for over a year now and I must say that their service has been average at best. While they do deliver on time and have a wide range of products, their customer support leaves much to be desired. There have been several instances where I had to wait for hours on hold just to speak to a representative. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
