The PRECIOUS MOMENTS LEARNING CTR is an average company. I found their services to be satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. However, I felt that the curriculum could be more engaging and interactive. Overall, it's a decent place for children to learn and grow.
