We booked this as part of an experience gift we received. Upon arrival parking was available at a reasonable price the staff were welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the room really let the side down, it was small and dated with a view of the back of Debenhams (not what the pictures in the brochure lead you to believe) the bathroom could have done with a little work. It was a hot evening and the room was very hot, the air condition was a bit noisy so we opted to open the window and turn off the air con, this proved to be a mistake. The road we were overlooking was extremely noisy, I had a night of broken sleep from being woken up by bin lorries, delivery lorries, street cleaner lorries and cars with noisy exhausts. Breakfast was included and was exceptional, a really good choice and great quality.
