I recently had an experience with a company that manufactures innovative vehicles. They have a strong online presence and their website is very informative. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives I spoke with were not very helpful and seemed to rush through the conversation. I was not impressed with their level of professionalism. I hope they can improve in this area.
