It would only take a star to allow post but I would not give them that. Extremely poor communication.
I had schedule an appointment. They don't tell you it is a phone appointment until the day before. I cancelled other appointments so I could be home. They also wait until the day before your appointment to tell you both husband and wife need to be home. The staff should communicate better. They wasted my time don't waste yours.
