I have been using Workgroup Technology Solutions for the past few months and I must say, they have been average at best. Their customer service is decent, but the overall quality of their work leaves much to be desired. I often have to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to an issue, which can be quite frustrating. I also notice that their response time is not as fast as some other companies I have worked with in the past. All in all, they are a decent company but definitely not the best.
