The experience with Coastal Caravans was average. Although their website looked nice and professional, I found their customer service to be lacking. They didn't respond promptly to my inquiries and seemed uninterested in helping me find the right caravan for my needs. The quality of their products was decent, but I expected more for the price. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn't highly recommend them.
