CUSTOMER4 had an average experience with Citizens of the great barrier reef. Although the tour was well-organized, there were moments where it felt crowded and rushed. The snorkeling spots were beautiful, but it would have been nice to have more time to explore and appreciate the marine life. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, but there is room for improvement.
