My overall experience with AlCoda has been average. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, the customer service could be improved as it took quite some time for them to respond to my query. The delivery was prompt and the packaging was secure. Overall, I would recommend AlCoda to others, but with the caveat that they might need to work on their customer service.
