Had some interaction with DNG's management and was very disappointed how little they know about the latest technology and equipment. They seem to be stuck in the 90s and still doing work in a low tech way. And their technicians do not even know how to use MS Office software or outlook when I asked one of the tech if I can get the quotation in excel file. It is sad.
