I've been using a CRM system for many years, and recently I decided to give AbilityCRM a try. The platform has a lot of useful features and it's quite intuitive to use. However, I found it a bit lacking in terms of customization options. It would be great to have more flexibility to tailor the system to specific business needs. That being said, the customer support team is responsive and always ready to assist. Overall, AbilityCRM is a decent CRM software, but there is room for improvement.
