I had an average experience working with Jnb Designs LLC. While their designs were decent, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and they seemed disorganized at times. However, once we got past the communication issues, the final design was satisfactory. Overall, I think Jnb Designs LLC has room for improvement in terms of customer support.
