I am moving out of apt 7109 Riverside Villa Ft Worth Texas do not let them tell you that all B2's don't have drawers underneath the Kitchen bar in this apt you get one full-size drawer and two small ones by the stove We had looked at an apt that was a B2 that had drawers they did not tell us this unit would not be the same they are the big guys so there is probably no recourse, however, this is DECEPTIVE . We tried to address it with them and they flat out lied to us said none of the B2 had drawers underneath the Kitchen bar you will, of course, pay the same rent as the apts that do have drawers . Also, the fridge leaks was fixed with duck tape so there is an awful smell with it and it still leaks was told I would get a new fridge another lie get the pattern they lie a lot .. The microwave overheats on a baked tater . Underneath the sink likes to leak and flood been "fixed" 5 times . Good luck renting here you will need it

AND we were told that there were no other apts in the complex to move in however the owners seem to think we were hmmmm

I looked up Xtreme Contractors and could not find them listed ???
