I had an average experience with The FDA Group. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided was helpful. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time for my inquiries was slow and the representatives did not seem knowledgeable. Overall, I would consider using their services again, but there is definitely room for improvement.
