Ms. Zink makes a very good impression and also does a very good job professionally. However, at some point I was just left alone with my case. Certainly my case was very small and it won't have brought in a lot of money, but emotionally I was very attached to the case. In the beginning she worked really well on my case until it dragged on more and more. To date, she just hasn't finished my case. I am more than disappointed !!
