I had a somewhat frustrating experience with apex PROaupair. The communication with the au pair assigned to us was lacking, and there were certain instances where I felt the caregiver did not fully meet my expectations. However, the agency was responsive to my concerns and worked towards resolving the issues. While I appreciate their efforts, I believe there is room for improvement. My overall rating for apex PROaupair would be average.
