I recently needed assistance with financing a new purchase and came across Flexigroup's website. Overall, my experience with their services was average. The website was user-friendly and contained useful information about their products and services. However, I found the application process to be quite lengthy and time-consuming. It took longer than expected to receive a response and the customer service support was not as prompt as I had hoped for. Additionally, the interest rates were slightly higher compared to other financing options I explored. Nevertheless, once my application was approved, the entire process from signing the agreement to receiving the funds was smooth and efficient. While Flexigroup did ultimately help me with my financing needs, there is room for improvement in terms of faster responses and more competitive interest rates.
