Very irritated and disappointed in this business. After 7 year with paying for service communication with them was very unprofessional. Not once in the last 7 years have we used our alarm. I decided the cost did not benifits my household budget. Sent in a written letter stating I would not be renewing. Then months later I start getting delinquent notices. Called the office asking why I received them and my service was not canceled. I spoke with Trent who was helpful at first. He stated after all these years there was not one documented note in my account and how odd he thought this was. He said he was going to look into things and call me back. I told him I would see if the discount on my insurance would benifits me keeping my service. Weeks later I have a voicemail asking why I never called back, and continues billing notices. In the end Trent states that with no proof of my letter to them canceling my service I am basically screwed. Would not admit to their issue with lack of communication in their accounts. So I am stuck paying for poor service that I asked to be cancelled almost a year ago. If you do business make sure you keep good documentation of everything.
