I was not impressed with Emerald Retirement Reside...

I was not impressed with Emerald Retirement Residence in Niagara Falls. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. The food was unappetizing and often cold. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
