Doug, Garnet and the team at Integritive were a great fit with my client, Lawn-N-Order Landscaping. Other website companies I interviewed gave me quotes over the phone and through email but Doug requested a one on one meeting. I hesitated at first because of the extra time it took but it was worth it. I got to see the team at work and the presentation up close. His discussion with me on what Ryan (Lawn-N-Order Landscaping) wanted gave me an indication on how detailed they would be with the process and how seriously they took the job. I appreciated that and the professionalism shown along the way from the actual proposal to the training provided. We submitted all the content, photos and met with them initially to discuss Ryan's vision. They took what we submitted and transformed into a masterpiece of online presence we can be proud of! The communication between the team leader, Garnet and me was seamless. Garnet provided quick responses to my emails and questions. She even sent a recorded 'how to' video I could refer to later for instruction in adding to the website. I wouldn't hesitate to take another client to Integritive for website design. Doug's team is attentive to the end of the project!
