I recently purchased a product from their website, and I must say, the user interface is a bit clunky. It took me quite some time to navigate through the site and find what I was looking for. The product itself was average quality, but the shipping was prompt. However, the customer service was lacking. I had a few questions and it took a while to get a response. 🤔 Overall, they have potential, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of website functionality and customer support.
