I recently purchased some kitchenware from this company and I have to say, I was expecting better quality. While the design of the products is quite sleek and modern, the actual durability and functionality leave a lot to be desired. I found that some of the items started to show signs of wear and tear much sooner than I would have expected. The prices are also a bit on the high side considering the overall quality. On the positive side, the customer service was responsive and helpful when I reached out with some concerns. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. However, I think there is definitely room for improvement in terms of the actual products being offered. I'll likely be looking elsewhere for my kitchenware needs in the future.
