Sunmoon Yoga is an amazing place to practice yoga. The instructors are skilled and provide excellent guidance. The classes are challenging yet accessible for all levels. I really appreciate the focus on proper alignment and breath throughout the practice. The studio is beautiful and offers a peaceful environment to deepen my practice. Highly recommend!
