DEO is still terrible. After months of fixing the site still crashes. There s no excuse for the poor service to Florida tax payers. One can t even accomplish what DEO requires. It took 9 weeks, while collecting, for the first email which didn t apply and was a do not reply account which was lucky for DEO. Fortunately, I have been collecting though it took 5 (FIVE!) weeks to get my first check. This poor service is unacceptable for ANY government service! Too bad I have to even give 1 star to post.
