I have been a customer of Xm communications for several years now and their service has always been average. I have had some minor issues with their website in the past, but overall, it's been satisfactory. The customer support is helpful and they have resolved my queries in a timely manner. However, I do feel that the company can improve in terms of their pricing as there are some other providers in the market offering better deals.
