I ve been coming here for the better part of a year. It s a good gym when it comes to quality of classes and instructors. Most people here are long term users who come . They are all about inclusions and openness...except when it comes to their money. I was on auto renew and realized I needed to downgrade my plan after the cut off and I asked them to convert the prorated balance to a lower tier. Didn t expect such a resounding NO. I wasted a month of a membership I didn t get the use out of because of their intransigence.

I still go there because there is no other comparison to the extent of programming they have. As soon as I find somewhere else, I m changing though.
