I had a mixed experience with Otis ltd. While their website otis.co.uk is easy to use and navigate, the customer support was not up to the mark. Some of the representatives were not very knowledgeable and it took a long time to resolve my issues. However, they eventually managed to solve my problem, so I rate them as average.
