I have been a customer of BROWNELL, PRUDENCE for several years now and I must say that their service is average. Their products are of decent quality, but there is nothing exceptional about them. The staff is friendly but sometimes can be a bit slow in attending to customers. Overall, it's an okay company to do business with.
