I have recently had to call 911 for an ambulance to get my paralyzed daughter .who is also a cancer patient with a spinal injury to take to the hospital. I feel the public should know the horrible..uncaring..unprofessional care my daughter was given each and every time she has had to go there. From dr Keane to the nurses ..male and female to the EMT's..They all need to go thru more training seriously!! My daughter was not handled with care..there were rough with her. Didnt even have the good sense to tranfer her properly. My own sister had to step in to do their jobs...unreal this place is not shut down!! Please if you have family that you truly love and care about as i do my daughter..don't bring them to Dukes Memorial hospital as you and yours will be treated as just a number .
