I was declined payment of $283 for a dinner cruise...

I was declined payment of $283 for a dinner cruise because I followed the instructions for the "dinner cruise." yeah sounds crazy right! I was told I didn't purchase a cocktail. Here is a copy/paste of the "dinner" instructions: *If this is a DINNER CRUISE YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE YOUR WINE FROM THE SERVER, AND YOUR BEER FROM THE BAR. WINE IS TO BE PURCHASED FROM THE SERVER DURING YOUR MEAL AND BEER IS TO BE PURCHASED FROM THE BAR BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR MEAL. YOU WILL PURCHASE 1 DRINK AT ALL ADDITIONAL OPEN BAR.

As you can see it states in the last sentence 1 DRINK...The Client Manager is stating I did not order a cocktail. If that's what they wanted, it should have been clearly written that way. They expect you to write a clear detailed report but they can't do that for their instructions.

I called and emailed a response and of course she is ignoring me. I will continue to post 1 star reviews everywhere. I'm out $283 and over 7 hours of my time for that boring cruise.
