They will fire within a month if you aren't Hispanic. All managers and supervisors are Hispanics and they layoff every single black person no matter how great their work ethic is under the pretense that you are seasonal worker. It is not an equal opportunity place, black peoples never last 3 months. They get fired without warning or probable cause. They'll tell you that it is slow than you go in the following week only to see them hiring new people. Every now and then they bring in black person who will be replaced the following month. They were about 12 of us now only 1 left
