Going Out Of Business

Worked with them for years with little issue. Starting in 2023 as both their lead quantity and their lead quality fell off dramatically, things began to change. We were no longer a valued client of theirs. We increased our lead buy from other sources since Contractor Appointments was no longer supplying enough real leads. In March 2024 their desperation was on full display in a rude email they sent us demanding a new report that has never been mentioned before. Since I informed them that they need to explain why I should spend hours compiling this new report on all the leads they ALREADY had reports for, they basically accused me of being rude and closed our account. These people are useless snowflakes that will suffer the same fate as all businesses that care more about their thin-skinned feelings than numbers, revenue, clients, and business.
