No Longer Taking on New Projects

Company agreed to send an estimator showing interest in wanting to service my home. Spent 30 minutes getting an estimate. Was told it would be in later that day. Followed up a few days later, no response. The phone just rang and no one answered. Thought that was strange, followed up again 2 weeks later and after receiving apologies, no estimate. Normally you would just stop and go to other options, but I could not understand why I could not see the estimate. It turns out this company is so incredibly successful they no longer need to take on new projects. There is no need to waste your time and call them because as I was texted, they are too busy to take on new customers despite them showing up at my home and wasting my time with an estimate. I'm not sure why they even have a phone number or a website. How unprofessional can you be? Do not say you were not warned about Mc sprinklers. Glad I dodged that bullet.
