During my recent visit to an optical shop, I had a rather mixed experience. The selection of frames at Whitlock opticians was great, but the staff seemed a bit disinterested. I had to wait for some time to get assistance. However, once they helped me, they were knowledgeable and provided good recommendations. Overall, it was an average experience.
