After 35 years of motorcycling I unfortunately crashed in the Black Forest and crashed at 80km / h. I have come away with violent bruises (despite protective clothing) and will choose my new summer protection clothing even more carefully regarding protector quality. For all bikers - with jeans, sneakers and jet helmet the accident would probably have been very tragic for me. With protective clothing I was 4 weeks on sticks, 3 weeks 100% unfit for work, another 2 weeks 50%, had to take daily 5800mg painkillers and go 3 months in the physiotherapy to come some doctor's appointments and a hospital stay of 2 days. The transaction with the Allianz online portal was straightforward, I received an intermediate feedback and then a credit in a useful period - BRAVO!
