I had a mixed experience with Optimist management consultancy. While they were able to provide me with some valuable insights and guidance, their communication and responsiveness left much to be desired. The rate at which they responded to my emails and calls was below average. However, when they did get back to me, they were always helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, I would say my experience with Optimist management consultancy was average.
