I had the pleasure of using Keyz Concierge Services for my recent trip to Barcelona, and I must say the experience was average. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were some minor issues that could have been avoided. The website was a bit confusing to navigate, and it took me longer than expected to find the information I needed. Overall, I would recommend Keyz Concierge Services, but with some reservations.
