I recently used the services of a locksmith in Sydney, and my experience was less than satisfactory. The technician arrived later than promised, which threw off my entire schedule. While they managed to unlock my door, they seemed rushed and didn't take the time to ensure everything was in perfect working order. 🔑

Moreover, I felt the pricing was not transparent, as the final bill was higher than the initial quote provided. Communication could have been clearer during the process as well, leaving me with more questions than answers.
