I recently used the services of a shipping company. The service I received was average at best. The packages arrived in a timely manner, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The customer service representatives were not very helpful, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Overall, I was left with a mediocre impression of the company.
