Telrex has been my telecom provider for several years now, and I have to say that their service is average. While their website is relatively easy to use, it lacks some essential features that would greatly enhance the user experience. Additionally, their customer support can be hit or miss, with some representatives being knowledgeable and helpful, while others seem uninterested. Overall, Telrex is decent, but there is room for improvement.
