I have had 2 annuities with this company for 12 ye...

I have had 2 annuities with this company for 12 years. Loved them at first but now they have become impersonal to the extent that I loathe calling them. They do not call you to let you know if more information is needed they will sit on your paperwork for weeks and not even attempt to let you know what is going on with your money. Cannot wait till 2019 when I no longer have to deal with this company.
