I had an overall average experience with Prototype Monster. The website was easy to navigate and the design was visually appealing. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. The delivery of my order was also delayed, which was frustrating. Overall, I would say the company is satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
