I would highly recommend NOT using this company. We rented one of their cable testers and when we received it, it didn't work. They do not show any value in their customers and are more concerned with making a dollar by providing their customers with equipment that doesn't work. In contacting them about the problems that we experienced they did not take responsibility and try to help us, they turned around and made unauthorized charges on our CC (that they are refusing to refund) and said that we broke their equipment. ATEC has the worse customer service I have ever experienced and are very non-responsive and unprofessional. Future renters beware, do not listen to any of the "Great company" reviews. It wouldn't surprise me if their "great" employees posted the reviews themselves considering their punctuation is as great as the company has been.
