I've gotten the pleasure of Sandy being my TA for 5 years and I've been on 46 cruises. Sandy has helped me book at least half of those. She's had to go through the trouble of booking and rebooking 25 cruises that covid has shut down for me and my family the last 15 months. Sandy is great at responding on a timely manner, very polite and super helpful. Carnival has only beat VTT one time, I always get the best deals though this company. When peak season is in full swing you have to be patient and nice to the staff because other families are trying to book their vacation too. Everyone is important but you have to be kind because it takes time for each staff member to find the best cabin, date, destination and ship for your precious family !! I'm so thankful for the great deals on my cruises.
