I have mixed feelings about Palmer Drug Abuse Program-Midland, Texas, INC. While some aspects of their services were great, others left much to be desired. The staff is hit or miss, and sometimes it's hard to get the support you need. There's certainly room for improvement in their programs and communication. Overall, an average experience.
