They close it most of the time over winter. Unders...

They close it most of the time over winter. Understandable when it is freezing, but the Status of courts take WEEKS to update and even when weather is good, they do not open it. Bad service. Recommend to go to other place which are more efficient and friendly. Giving it two starts because courts are decent. Otherwise i would give it 1.
