I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Universo during my visit to Lucca. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of many attractions. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Hotel Universo to anyone visiting Lucca.
