I recently used Proffiz services and I must say the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I was looking for. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and they didn't provide helpful answers. Overall, I would rate Proffiz as an average company.
